Your tour escort accompanies you to the famous Rialto Market, where you will participate in purchasing the fresh ingredients for your meal. Learn the different varieties of Venetian seafood and learn about the daily fish choices. After selecting your ingredients, you will be taken to a nearby palazzo, where you will enjoy a hands-on cooking lesson using those ingredients. Your meal is paired with a local wine that complements your meal.
