Experience the south along the Autostrada del Sole into the fertile countryside that surrounds Naples. Have your driver take you through the streets of Italy’s third largest city, Naples. See the Duomo and the pedestrian district of Spaccanapoli. Admire the wonderful views of Capri and the Ischia Islands. Stop for lunch (meal not included) in a local restaurant. Continue to Pompeii and wander around the excavations of this Roman city that was completely destroyed and covered in ash by the volcanic eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79AD. Proceed to Sorrento for a panoramic visit and picture-taking opportunities.
