CONTENT

The lesson begins in an organic garden, where the participants gather the vegetables they will use in the preparation of the dishes on the menu. At the same time the Chef provides news, historical information and nutritional facts about the products and answers all the participants curiosity and questions. Very interesting is the visit to an ancient grotto at the end where can be admired a medieval chapel dedicated to Archangel Michael. The cave was, at one time, place for prayers for the farmers who went there during breaks from work. The course lasts about 3 hours and it is held in a typical rustic kitchen.
The lesson includes the preparation of an appetizer, first course, main course, vegetables and dessert ( enjoyed but not prepared )
