Your Roman cooking experience stars off with an early morning visit of an open market with your private tour escort. Visit rows of stands selling prized vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, and cheese, before you are taken to an authentic Roman kitchen for a full-course cooking class. The class consists of a demonstrative preparation of ‘primi piatti’ (first courses) and ‘secondi piatti’ (second courses).
